Here below you find a list of common problems reported by our customers when using AMV STEELWORKS:

3DConnexion Space Mouse
- Solved in ASW 2010 SP2.0 -
Problem: Conflict between the 3DConnexion AddIn and the SteelWorks AddIn. SolidWorks crashes at startup.
Solution: Please apply this patch which disables SteelWorks at SolidWorks startup.
Then before activating the SteelWorks AddIn make sure you disabled the 3DConnexion AddIn.

Troubles with operative systems in Turkish language

Problem: A new Job can not be created.
Solution: Please apply this patch.
